Placing An Order
We accept all major credit card and debit cards through our secure payment facility.
You can also pay using PayPal, google pay and apple pay.
Yes of course, just can set up an account and you’ll be given the option to save your card details for next time – dead easy!
Short answer is, no – the process does not allow for that. The best thing to do is to return what you ordered as an unwanted item for a refund and then start again.
Please check what you’ve ordered is correct before pressing ‘fire’.
We are proud to be supported by our fabulous Royal Mail we always use First Class delivery the cost is £3.99.
If you spend over £75 delivery is free just select the free delivery option.
If you place your order with us before 2pm that’ll give us chance to get your lovely items in the post that day. If you miss this deadline, please be assured we will get it in the post the following day.
Royal Mail are usually marvellous and your lovely order should be with you within 3 days.
During busier times it’ll take longer ie Christmas.
Oh yes we do! Just select Click and Collect at checkout and you can usually collect your order from the next day.
Don’t worry. Get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will then advise you to return the item as it is – unused and tagged – back to us at Boutique X Colette 23 Mesnes Stree Wigan WN11QP. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. You will need to cover the cost of the return. Or, if its more convenient; you can return the items to our store directly. We will be very happy to refund any item that has been returned within 14days of delivery and is in its original condition –
We will not accept; and we’re sorry we have to point this out.
Items with make up marks or fake tan.
Items with a washed or perfume smell or any strong odours such as cigarettes or pet odour
Please note, that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from our returns policy. As such we are unable to offer refund or exchange on these items.
Unfortunately we do not have this option but our turnaround times for returns and refunds are super quick so you can order again immediately and with confidence.

Just a little note to remember – our clothing sometimes features pretty details and embellishments which are delicate so please take care when washing these items as accidental damage during washing does not constitute a fault with the garment.
A consumer cannot claim for a refund or replacement if he/she alters the item or causes any damage to the item.
